($20/night extra for each additional person over the stated above limits)

Rates include* current Massachusetts Lodging taxes.

Pets are happily allowed at the discretion of the owner

1 pet per cottage is allowed free of charge.

2 or more pets are allowed per cottage $10/each night.

Pets may be left unattended , but if complaints arise because of noise caused by unattended pets, this privilege might be suspended

Management also requests that guests pick up pet waist in the common outdoor areas and dispose in provided bins

There is no required restrainment of your pets, however, please be considerate of your fellow guests and my neighbors. Rockport has a leash law within the downtown business area, but has voice control or leash in all other areas of town.
The rockport beaches are closed to pets from June 1-September 15, except Loblolly Cove and Straightsmouth Cove. There is very limited patrol of the beaches before 9 am and after sunset.

Early departures are not eligible for any rebates.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to half the total amount of the booking is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
I do not accept any credit cards. We accept checks, traveler's checks and cash for deposits and balances due. I also accept Venmo and PayPal payments, as long as such are made to friends and family setting. If a fee is incurred by me, this fee will be charged to you and paid at the end of your stay.
We do not offer daily maid service, however upon specific request, we can clean your rental unit during your stay and provide new linens. A cleaning service fee of $25 will be charged each time.
Refunds of your deposit will be delivered in full, for all bookings with 90 days written notice prior to your reservation.
For bookings of 3 nights or less with 30 days advance notice, we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
Smoking is allowed on the premises, but discouraged in the cottages themselves.
