Policies
- Early departures are not eligible for any rebates.
- To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to half the total amount of the booking is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- We do not accept any credit cards. We accept checks, traveler's checks and cash for deposits and balances due.
- We do not offer daily maid service, however upon specific request, we can clean your rental unit during your stay and provide new linens. A cleaning service fee of $25 will be charged each time.
- Refunds of your deposit will be delivered in full, for all bookings with 30 days written notice prior to your reservation.
- For cancellations within 14 days of reservations, we attempt to rebook the accommodations. If we are so able to do, we will refund your deposit in accordance with the new booking, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- For bookings of 3 nights or less with 14 days advance notice, we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Smoking is allowed on the premises, but discouraged in the cottages themselves.
